"Empathy Is the Secret Ingredient in Magical Content" with Marc Amigone (Content Lab, Ep. 16)
By Liz Murphy
Nov 14, 2018
I spend a lot of time espousing the virtues of creating absurdly helpful inbound marketing content. In fact, in last week’s minisode, I shared five of my favorite ways to take a dud piece of content from zero to helpful hero.
But this week, we’re going even deeper with Marc Amigone, a member of IMPACT’s sales team, to talk about what he believes is the secret ingredient to creating super effective content -- empathy.
Why empathy? And how does one actually write with empathy?
Well, you’ll have to listen to this week’s conversation to find out. But without giving too much away, I’ll just say that Marc’s answer to those questions made me say “Duh!” and “Holy cannoli!” at the same time.
Enjoy!
