In the US in 2016, 37% of software purchased was never used

That means even more of that software is purchased and either never used, or very seldom used - and HubSpot is no exception.

In order to get the most out of the tools we're spending our money on every month, we have to do the following things:

  • Educate ourselves constantly and engage in the greater community around the tool
  • Think strategically outside the tool, and view the tool as a way to execute on the strategies you're already developing
