Today we're welcoming Jesse Tremblay to the mic! Jesse is the Senior Product Manager for automation at HubSpot.

In this interview, Jesse breaks down what him and his team have been hearing about workflows and other automation in HubSpot from the user community, specifically getting the right leads to the right people with timely, accurate data.

Last year, Jesse's team was focused on getting contact workflows onto the new engine, this year is all about leveraging the new capability and power of that engine while still keeping the platform simple to use.
