Okay, what's the next step? After you have all your profiles filled out and optimized, you need to tie together your employees and social media. 


Okay I know I just blew your mind; you've just spent all this time and effort on your social media accounts, but now you have to do the same with your employees?! But it's worth it! Combining your employees with your social media is a great way to increase your following even further, and gain that much more awareness about your brand. How to Improve Your Marketing By Using Employees and Social Media


Great company profiles mix in humor and informational posts along with their typical salesy posts. The benefit of adding employees to this process is it softens things up a bit as a whole.


When you post a blog article, your company profile will always tend to try to push a sale out of it. But when an employee posts, its adds a personal feel to your company, and gets rid of that robot feeling on your profile. The benefits to integrating your employees and social media are endless, and you will have a social media presence that is interesting to your followers!


Create a Social Media Policy


Now this has gotten a lot of scrutiny lately, but it is necessary to create a set of guidelines for social media. This can't be too strict, however, because you don't want your employees to have to hide things on their profiles. At IMPACT, social media is not just encouraged, it's almost required. You already train new employees on company policies and customs, right? So integrate social media into your regular training. Not having social media is one thing, but having terrible posts and pictures about your company is WORSE. So make sure everyone knows how to use platforms properly.

Got a big party coming up? Or a tradeshow? Get it up on Facebook! You should even create a hashtag on Twitter about it!
