Property of the Week
Meetings tool submission properties
“Last meetings tool submission: the date of the last meeting booked with the contact through a meetings link.
Last meetings tool submission campaign: the campaign of the last meeting booked through the meetings tool (e.g., the specific email that was sent).
Last meetings tool submission medium: the medium of the last meeting booked through the meetings tool (e.g., email, website).
Last meetings tool submission source: the source of the last meeting booked through the meetings tool (e.g., pql-email, landing-page).
Please note: the properties last meetings tool submission campaign, last meetings tool submission medium, and Last meetings tool submission source will be populated only if you have UTM tracking parameters added to your meetings link.”
Not totally sure when these came out, but the “last meetings tool submission” is going to be super helpful for enrollment criteria for workflows!

What’s on Marcus’ mind
This episode, Marcus shares two recent experiences on pricing transparency.
HubSpot wishlist: "Internal company record" token
“Currently, there is a token - internal contact record - that can be used for emails that are saved for automation. It is a hidden HubSpot contact property that generates a link to a specific contact record.
It is used in an email for quick access to a given contact, instead of spending time looking for the contact through the search bar by name.
There is no such token for Companies. It would be very useful to be able to link a company record into an email for the same reason as it's useful to link a contact record. Furthermore, it would even be helpful to link an internal Deal Record. I believe this is a basic feature that we should get asap!”
Amen and amen! Thanks to Kevin Mitchell, one of our HubSpot User Slack faithful, for this one!
HubSpot updates
Definitely got a holiday slow-down going on on the product side over here!
Clear visibility into Salesforce sync health
“Sync Health Tab
First, the Sync Health tab is now the first tab you land on when checking out your Salesforce integration so you can immediately understand how healthy your sync is.
Distinct Error Categories
Second, you’ll find distinct error categories such as associations, custom code, duplicates, property mappings, and more so you can prioritize and plan how to address the errors.
Sync Error Notifications
Lastly, you now have the ability to sign up for sync error notifications on an instant, daily, or weekly basis so that you can resolve errors as quickly as possible and keep your integration healthy.”

Last activity for users
Not totally sure when they added this - but you can now see the last time a user was active (ie logged in) in HubSpot in the Users & Teams settings!
