The only milestone I mark on a typical Wednesday is the fact that I've made it halfway through the week. But this past Wednesday was a little different. Yes, I was able to still give myself a hearty self-five for the mid-week accomplishment.
On top of that, however, HubSpot also dropped an exciting little announcement – the new HubSpot Operations Hub was now live:
"For operations teams that want to spend less time fighting fires and more time driving strategic business value, Operations Hub supercharges HubSpot CRM with a suite of tools that makes it easy to connect, clean, and automate your customer data.
Unlike siloed data tools, Operations Hub combines an ops team’s full toolkit into a CRM platform, uniting all your customer data on one connected platform. The result: a more efficient, aligned, and agile business, an unhindered and strategic ops team, and a friction-free customer experience."
What is HubSpot Operations Hub?
When you rely on automation software like HubSpot to power your marketing, sales, and service strategies, you know your success with that technology hinges on one thing and one thing alone – the integrity and organization of your data.

This is pretty easy when you're getting started... but as your company scales and/or compiles years and years worth of data, that gets a lot harder. Especially when you start pulling in other third-party integrations to get everything done.
That's where the new HubSpot Operations Hub comes in.
The HubSpot Operations Hub is a solution that empowers businesses to keep their data clean and seamlessly synced, while also effortlessly automating other parts of their operations.
As HubSpot puts it:
"As companies grow and scale, teams invest in their own software and systems, and data is siloed. This causes a lack of insight, inefficiency, and fractured customer experience as each department tries to solve their own operations problems independently.
Instead of building tech debt and decentralized operations teams across marketing, sales, and customer service, invest in a centralized approach to operations with a centralized toolset.
With Operations Hub, you have the tools you need to connect all your apps, sync and clean your customer data, and automate business processes, turning operations into a strategic arm of your business--not a reactive one."
In short, if you or anyone on your team has ever looked at your automation platforms and questioned whether the data in front of them was true and accurate (even for a split second), the HubSpot Operations Hub removes that insecurity.

How much does HubSpot Operations Hub cost?
Like their other hubs (marketing, sales, and service), the HubSpot Operations Hub comes in three tiers of pricing:
- Free (no cost, duh)
- Starter ($50 per month)
- Professional ($800 per month)
If the HubSpot Operations Hub tickles your fancy, but you're not sure which package is right for you, here's a quick breakdown of the differences between each tier:
(There is currently no enterprise-level offering.)
How does it work with the other hubs?
If you already have any of the other hubs (marketing, sales, and/or service), here's what HubSpot says you can expect by bringing operations into your hub mix:
"Operations Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub are each part of HubSpot’s complete CRM platform to help you grow better.
When you use two or more hubs together, your data is automatically connected on the platform, enabling you to easily (and powerfully) track your entire customer journey from first website visit, to closed deal, to happy customer."
In case you're wondering, our team is really excited about this...
Bottom line, if you're dealing with complex business processes, the HubSpot Operations Hub might be the right solution to help you bring order to your data chaos – that way your teams can function and work together seamlessly with data they can trust, and your leads and buyers will have better experiences with you.
