HubSpot Training & Services
HubSpot is only as powerful as the team using it. Most companies spend thousands on the platform and a fraction of that on actually learning it, then wonder why it's not delivering. IMPACT is a HubSpot Elite Partner that helps you get the setup, training, and strategic guidance you need so you can get the most out of your investment.

Why Companies Come to IMPACT for HubSpot
Most companies reach out to us for one of three reasons: they're evaluating HubSpot and want expert guidance to make the right decision, they're about to invest and want to make sure their team actually uses it from day one, or they already have it and know they're not getting what they should out of it.
What we hear most often:
"An agency set it up, and now nobody on our team knows how it works."
Maybe you worked with a partner who did solid work building your portal, but your team wasn't part of the process and never learned how it all fits together. Now every change requires a ticket or a call, and you're paying for ongoing support on a system you already paid to build.
"We're paying for features, and we're not taking full advantage of them."
Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Breeze AI... HubSpot has a lot to offer. But if your team is only using a fraction of what's available, you know there's more you could be getting from your HubSpot investment.
"Our reports don't tell us what we actually need to know."
Leadership wants visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue attribution. The data might be in HubSpot, but it's probably not in a form that decision-makers can actually use.
"We just bought HubSpot (or we're about to) and want to set it up right."
You’re making a real investment, and you want to make sure everything is set up correctly and that your team is using it to its max, rather than finding yourself six months in, frustrated, and wondering when HubSpot is going to start working for you.
"Our sales team isn't using HubSpot."
If your goal is to be a data-driven organization where all your customer information lives in one place and is accurate at all times, that only works when every seller is using the system the right way. When they're not, you can't trust your pipeline, your forecasts, or your reports.
"We're evaluating HubSpot and want to make sure we're making the right decision."
When considering a significant investment, you want to go in with clarity, not guesswork. Which hubs do you actually need? How should your portal be structured for the way your team sells? What does a realistic onboarding timeline look like? We help companies answer those questions before they buy, so the platform is set up around their business from the start.
What Makes IMPACT Different From Other HubSpot Partners?
Where most HubSpot agencies are built around doing the work for you, IMPACT works alongside your team, helping you build the internal capabilities to manage your own HubSpot portal and make sure your entire team is using it to its fullest extent.
vs. HubSpot Academy
HubSpot Academy offers excellent self-paced courses on how the platform works in general. IMPACT’s training is built around your specific portal, your business goals, and your team, with HubSpot-certified trainers who hold people accountable for applying what they learn.
One of our clients described their IMPACT training as “100% better than any HubSpot Academy course” they had taken, because every session worked through real problems from their actual business.
vs. Implementation and RevOps agencies
Implementation partners build the system. That work has real value. The gap appears after the project ends: your portal is configured, but your team wasn’t part of the process and still needs outside help for every change.
Most partners treat training as a handoff note at the end of a project. IMPACT builds capability into every phase because a system your team doesn’t understand is a system that won’t deliver on its potential.
vs. Managed Service Retainers
Some HubSpot partners manage your portal for you on an ongoing basis, running campaigns, pulling reports, and maintaining workflows. If your goal is to have a vendor handle HubSpot so your team doesn’t have to, you can. But it creates permanent dependency on outside support for something your business uses every day.
IMPACT’s model works in the opposite direction. When the engagement ends, your team owns the portal, and outside support becomes a choice, not a requirement.
Is HubSpot Training Right for Your Business?
Here's an honest look at who we work best with and where someone else will serve you better.
We're a good fit if...
You want your team to own and manage HubSpot in-house over the long term
You're willing to be actively involved because training requires participation, not passive observation
You want the people who use HubSpot every day to genuinely understand it
You value a trainer who will push back when needed and hold your team accountable
You're done paying an outside agency to do things your team could learn to do themselves
We're probably not the right fit if...
You want a fully managed service, meaning someone to run HubSpot for you on an ongoing basis
Your primary need is a large, complex CRM migration as a standalone project with no training component
You're looking for the lowest-cost option for a basic portal setup
Your team doesn't have the bandwidth to attend sessions and apply what they learn between them
Not only is it worth the investment...
...but IMPACT's overall customized approach and strategy to training is far superior to anything else.”

Problems We Solve
Not every HubSpot need fits neatly into a recurring training engagement. Some companies come to us with a specific problem to solve. Others need their portal set up or cleaned up before training makes sense. Below is a full picture of what we help with, from one-time projects to ongoing programs.
Getting HubSpot set up the right way from day one
You’re about to invest in HubSpot, or you just did. Either way, you want it configured correctly and your team learning alongside the build, not handed a system nobody understands six months later. We guide your team through the full onboarding process, so by the time you’re live, you've helped build it, and you know how it works.
Good for: Companies still evaluating HubSpot who want expert guidance through the decision and setup process, new HubSpot customers, teams switching from another CRM, and companies that want a clean starting point with expert guidance throughout.
Cleaning up a complicated portal
Contacts, workflows, lists, and campaigns build up fast without a long-term plan. If your portal feels disorganized, slow, or unreliable, we run a structured audit to identify what’s working, what needs to be retired, and what’s quietly hurting your data. We also train your team on maintenance habits so it stays clean after we’re done.
Covers: Contacts, lists, forms, workflows, email campaigns, deal pipelines, reports and dashboards, and data hygiene.
Good for: Companies that have been on HubSpot for a year or more and have outgrown their original setup.
Getting your sales team to actually use your CRM
A CRM only works if your team trusts the data in it. We map your actual sales process into HubSpot, building deal stages that reflect how your team sells, configuring activity tracking and forecasting, and training your reps so they understand why the system works the way it does. That’s what drives consistent, lasting adoption.
Good for: Sales teams with low CRM adoption, organizations formalizing their sales process, companies whose pipeline data doesn’t reflect what’s actually happening in the field.
Running marketing campaigns you can measure and improve
Forms, landing pages, email campaigns, lead nurturing, list segmentation, campaign tracking, all configured correctly and built alongside the team that will use them every day. We help your marketing team get full value from Marketing Hub and understand how to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
Good for: Marketing teams underutilizing Marketing Hub, companies running campaigns without clear attribution, and teams that want to scale without adding headcount.
Building accurate, useful, and dynamic reports in HubSpot
The data is in HubSpot. Getting it into a form that leadership can trust, read, and act on is what we build. You gain visibility into pipeline health, campaign ROI, lead source attribution, sales activity, and forecast accuracy. We configure the dashboards that matter and train your team to update and understand them as the business evolves.
Good for: Leadership teams that want real visibility into marketing and sales performance; companies with plenty of data but not enough clarity.
Taking full advantage of HubSpot's AI features
HubSpot’s Breeze AI platform is available to most Pro and Enterprise customers. The majority have never configured or used any of it.
We identify which features are relevant to your workflows, get them set up, and help your team build the habits that make AI a practical part of how they work every day.
Good for: Any HubSpot customer with a Pro or Enterprise subscription who wants to use the AI capabilities they’re already paying for.
Syncing HubSpot with your other business systems
HubSpot works best when it's connected. Whether you need your CRM talking to your ERP, your customer success platform, your e-commerce tools, or other data sources, we work with trusted integration specialists to build the right connections, and then make sure your team knows how to use the unified data that results.
Good for: Companies running HubSpot alongside multiple other platforms who need cleaner, more connected data across their tech stack.
Build More Internal Capability Inside of HubSpot
IMPACT’s training programs are led by HubSpot-certified trainers, built around your portal, and customized to your team’s actual goals and gaps. Your HubSpot specialist learns how your business works, builds a training roadmap around your priorities, and runs sessions that work through real problems from your real HubSpot account.
Here's what a typical training engagement looks like:
Discovery & Kickoff
Before the first session, you complete a short worksheet about your business and how you currently use HubSpot. Your HubSpot specialist then runs a deep-dive kickoff to understand your team structure, pain points, and what success looks like at the end of the program.
Training Roadmap
Your HubSpot specialist identifies the highest-priority areas and builds a prioritized curriculum with you. It’s flexible and adjusts as your business priorities change.
Regular Sessions
Regular sessions begin. They're interactive and screen-share-based, working through real problems inside your actual HubSpot portal.
Between sessions, your team puts what they've learned to work directly in HubSpot. Your HubSpot specialist tracks progress and adjusts the curriculum based on what's sticking.
Independence
The program ends when your team owns the portal. For teams that want continued support afterward, we offer ongoing training at a reduced cadence.
In-Person Training
Prefer an intensive in-person option? Our on-site HubSpot Training workshop brings a certified trainer to your office to work through your actual portal with your whole team. In one day, you cover what would normally take two to three months.
Most workshops include pre-session planning to customize the agenda around your team’s priorities, followed by four to six weeks of virtual follow-up sessions to reinforce what was covered and answer questions as the team gets to work.
If your team has an upcoming company event or offsite, or if you simply learn better in person, this is worth considering. On-site workshop pricing is in the Pricing section below.

How we set HubSpot migrations and integrations up for success
Two of the biggest technical challenges our clients face are integrations and migrations. Integrations connect HubSpot to the systems that run your business. Migrations move all of your data out of an old platform and into a new one cleanly. Both take a different discipline than strategy and coaching, so we bring in Integrate IQ.
A migration that scrambles data leaves you rebuilding records by hand. An integration built wrong quietly corrupts information across every system it touches. This is precision work, and getting it right the first time protects the data your whole business depends on.
We help you build trust with buyers and get the most out of HubSpot. They handle the deep technical build underneath. When your project calls for that depth, they own the outcome and stay accessible long after the work is done, the same way we operate.
Why this matters for your project:
Your data moves cleanly, with nothing lost or scrambled in the switch
HubSpot connects to the systems you already rely on
The work is owned end to end, not handed off and forgotten
You get Diamond-tier expertise built over 300+ platforms since 2013
How Much Does HubSpot Training Cost?
We believe you should know what things cost before you talk to anyone. Here's a clear look at pricing across training programs and project work.
Training Programs
All three programs include a dedicated IMPACT HubSpot-certified trainer, a custom training roadmap built around your specific portal and goals, regular training sessions inside your actual HubSpot account, progress tracking with curriculum adjustments throughout, and support between sessions.
Every program has a minimum engagement of three months. No long-term contracts beyond that. You continue month to month for as long as it’s delivering value.
Core
$3,500/month
Bi-weekly sessions (two per month) with one HubSpot specialist working with one team or department of up to 10 people.
Right for:
Most Common
Advanced
$6,000/month
Weekly sessions (four per month) with one HubSpot specialist. Covers multiple departments or training tracks with a deeper, faster curriculum.
Right for:
Organization
$10,000/month
Multiple weekly tracks with dedicated role-based sessions for each department. Includes closer coordination with leadership on reporting, accountability, and adoption strategy.
Right for:
What makes a training program bigger or smaller in scope:
The main factors are team size and training intensity. A focused engagement with a small team in one department is a very different undertaking than training an organization across three or four departments. If you’re not sure which program fits, we’ll help you figure that out on your first call.
On-Site HubSpot Training Workshop
$12,500 + travel
A full-day, in-person session at your location with a certified IMPACT HubSpot trainer. Most workshops include pre-session planning to customize the agenda and four to six weeks of virtual follow-up sessions to reinforce what was covered and ensure your team is applying it.
Right for:
What do HubSpot projects typically cost?
All project-based services listed in the Training and Services section above are custom quoted based on what’s actually involved. We’ll always give you a clear number before any work begins.
The range is wide, and the only way to give you an accurate number is to understand the scope. Most projects fall somewhere between a few thousand dollars for focused, well-defined work and $15,000 or more for complex, multi-hub engagements.
What makes a project more expensive:
Portal condition at the start
A disorganized portal with years of accumulated workflows, duplicate properties, and unreliable data takes significantly more time to work with than a clean, well-structured one.
Scope and number of hubs involved
Configuring one hub is a much smaller undertaking than standing up Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub simultaneously.
Division of work
When your team is actively involved and completing tasks between sessions, project costs go down. When IMPACT is handling the majority of the work, they go up.
Level of customization required
Standard configurations move quickly. Highly customized pipeline structures, complex automation logic, or advanced custom reporting take more time.
Here's What Our Clients Have to Say
"I was able to level up in our CRM data hygiene, workflows, list building, and understanding some of the real power with HubSpot. We actually created a case study pipeline that has accelerated our delivery from marketing to sales on completed case studies. I would not know the platform at all without their help."
Matt Sodnicar Canidium | Consulting & Advisory
Under their guidance, it was so much easier for me to understand HubSpot. A 100% better than the HubSpot Academy courses I have ever taken. Due to coaching, our email rates improved by 4% and CTR by in emails by 2%. Taught me to look at the right KPI's for marketing emails. The confidence to step up and show the team what to do, and now can track and compare the results easily."

A Few More Questions We Hear Often
What does a HubSpot training program with IMPACT actually include?
Every program includes a dedicated HubSpot-certified trainer who learns your business and your specific portal, a custom training roadmap built around your goals, regular one-hour sessions inside your actual HubSpot account, progress tracking and curriculum adjustments throughout, and support between sessions. Programs run for a minimum of three months and continue month to month after that.
How is IMPACT's HubSpot training different from HubSpot Academy?
HubSpot Academy teaches you how the platform works in general. IMPACT’s HubSpot-certified trainers teach your team how to use it inside your specific portal to solve your specific business problems.
The difference is accountability and customization. Your HubSpot specialist tracks progress, adjusts based on what’s landing, and brings direct knowledge of your business and your data into every session.
Who is HubSpot Training for?
HubSpot can become a single source of truth for every area of your business when fully adopted. That's why we recommend training for all members of your team including admins, senior leads, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Do you handle HubSpot migrations and integrations?
Yes. For migrations and complex integrations, we work with trusted technical specialists, including IntegrateIQ, who handle that work at the level it deserves.
We stay actively involved on the training and adoption side throughout, making sure your team understands the new system and can run it confidently once the technical work is complete.
If you need both a migration done correctly and a team that knows how to use what gets built, we coordinate both sides.
We already have HubSpot set up. Can you still help?
Yes, and most of our clients are in exactly this position. They have been on HubSpot for a year or more, the portal has grown in ways that weren’t planned, and the team has outgrown what they originally learned.
We start with a kickoff assessment to understand where you are, identify the highest-value gaps, and build a plan from there.
How do I know if HubSpot is the right platform for my business?
IMPACT works with companies at the evaluation stage to help them understand which HubSpot hubs and tier make sense for their business, what their portal should look like based on how their team sells and markets, and what a realistic onboarding and adoption timeline looks like.
If HubSpot turns out to be the right fit, we can help you get started on the right foot. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
How long does it take to see results from HubSpot training with IMPACT?
Most clients see meaningful progress within the first four to six weeks. Cleaner data, more consistent team adoption, and better-organized reports are typically the first signs.
Real capability, where your team handles things independently, develops over three to six months of consistent training and practice.
The teams that show up and apply what they learn between sessions get there reliably.
Can we get training on Breeze and AI specifically?
That is a growing part of what we do. Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence are available to most Pro and Enterprise customers, and most of those customers have never configured or used any of it.
If AI adoption inside HubSpot is a specific priority for your team, tell us in your kickoff, and we will treat it as a first-priority area in your training roadmap.
Can we get in-person HubSpot training?
IMPACT offers in-person HubSpot training. Our on-site HubSpot training workshop brings a certified IMPACT trainer to your location for a full day of intensive, hands-on training with your team inside your actual portal.
The investment is $12,500 plus travel. Most workshops include pre-session planning and four to six weeks of virtual follow-up sessions.
What if we are not satisfied with the training?
If you are working with IMPACT, you should be able to point to clear, measurable value.
If that value stops, you have the right to stop the engagement. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts beyond the initial three-month minimum. We earn the ongoing relationship one month at a time.
Do you work with companies outside of the United States?
Yes. IMPACT has worked with companies in more than 17 countries. Training is conducted virtually, so geography is not a constraint.
On-site workshops outside the U.S. are available and would include international travel costs in the project quote.
We came here for HubSpot help, but think we might need more than that. What else does IMPACT do?
Some companies come to us focused on HubSpot and realize during the first conversation that the bigger opportunity is upstream, in how they are attracting buyers, building trust at scale, and converting more of the pipeline they already have.
If that sounds like you, it is worth a conversation about Endless Customers, IMPACT’s full coaching program for companies that want to build a predictable revenue engine. HubSpot is a powerful part of that system.
