I'm Connor DeLaney, and I help businesses all over the world own their sales and marketing in-house and never have to depend on an outsourced marketing agency ever again.
I joined IMPACT in 2019 and my journey has been anything but linear, starting in content training, jumping into event management and strategy, then building a membership community platform from the ground up, and now leading and growing our sales team.
My work today is focused on challenging the norm of how companies run their sales and marketing strategy. From our first conversation, my goal is to ask the questions that make you uncomfortable but push you to make the best decisions for your business.

I'm a dog dad of Maple, my Australian Cattle Dog-Australian Shephard mix. She's a rascal and she's a delight, all in one.
